Australia – hobiegirls girls’s have a little retail therapy

After a good nights sleep, the hobie girls headed out to the ferry terminal for a trip out to Manley for the morning. Manley is on the North side of Sydney and is a famous holiday resort, renowned for its beaches.  The ferry passes directly in front of both the Sydney harbour bridge and the opera house but we had trouble getting good seats.  Needless to say, Yoanna managed to spot some seats downstairs at the front.  They came with a warning that access was for crew only but as you know by now, that doesn’t put us off 🙂

We decided to have breakfast at a beachside cafe called Heminsway and managed to share a table with a ‘local.’ After a good breakfast we went to get a bit of ‘eye candy, admiring the local surfers before it was time for some retail therapy and boy, can those girls shop..

My official job description for the trip is personal trainer (how to lift those bags is extremely important), blog writer and general organizer, but I have a new one, personal shopper.  With a mere 2 hours shopping time, those girls managed not only to shop but also to promote the hobiegirls.com to every shop in Manley!!

Then it was a quick trip back to Sydney to catch their transfer for the trip down to Jervis Bay…

Watch out for tomorrows blog….first day of sailing. You guessed it, drama, drama, and more drama.  I have decided to rename them the hobiegirls.drama.com 🙂
